The New York Antique Jewelry & Watch Show Directory is a critical tool in promoting your company before, during and in the months following the show. The directory, distributed to all show attendees is the most effective way to get your company’s name in front of 3,000 buyers who will attend the show.

The 2017 New York Antique Jewelry & Watch Show directory will be available online three weeks prior to the event so potential attendees may familiarize themselves with the amazing collections our show has to offer. In addition, the directory will be available online for one year after the show. Your ad will also include an exhibitor listing on our website that links to your website and a FREE upgraded program listing. This additional exposure is at no cost to you! Deadline to submit an ad is June 9, 2017.

Directory Ad Artwork

Ads should be created in programs such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or QuarkXPress. Please send your ad as a high resolution PDF (300 dpi)—the preferred format. High resolution JPG, TIF, and EPS files are also accepted (please embed fonts, or create as outlines).

TIPS: Use rich black when using black as your background. Try to limit your reverse type point size to 7 points or higher. Keep your fonts in vector format when at all possible for the best output. Please send ads in CMYK mode to assure that the ad colors are the most accurate. Full page ads should have a .25 inch bleed. All text should be at least a quarter inch from the trim. Please make sure that your ad is the correct size.

Ad Creation

U.S. Antique Shows recommends hiring a graphic designer for your business’ design needs. If you need assistance, U.S. Antique Shows can create a basic ad for your company and make minor revisions to most existing ads.  Advertiser is allowed two rounds of changes to their ad. To be included in the Show Directory, all information must be received by June 9, 2017 in order to allow enough time for the design and proofing process. Only Online Ads may be received after June 9, 2017. All ads created will be the property of U.S. Antique Shows and Emerald Expositions, and will be solely used for purposes of advertising in the New York Antique Jewelry & Watch Show (or other USAS show) directory.
